Family & Natural Support

The Family & Natural Program (NSP) supports youth ages 12-24 who are naviating challenges with housing, relationships, and disconnection from key people in their lives.
What the Program Coordinators do:
The FNS Program Coordinator serves as both a bridge and an advocate - helping youth cross from a place of instability and disconnection to one where they feel supported, safe, and connected. The Coordinator guides young people in identifying and strengthening their support networks, navigating complex systems alongside them, ensuring their voices are heard every step of the way.
Weather a youth is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing housing instability, or simply seeking connection, the FNS Program is here to help youth build a foundation for long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
