Matrix Program
If you are between the ages of 12-24 and are struggling with substance abuse, we invite you to join us.
The Matrix Model is an intensive outpatient treatment approach that can be effective for treating substance abuse/addiction and addressing substance use behaviors and their impact on a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The primary goals of the Matrix model framework involve promoting positive changes in behavior and providing a road map for long-term recovery. This lays the groundwork for maintaining sobriety and continuing treatment through support groups and individual counseling.
Matrix will be held at 5125 50th Street (Foster Family Coalition of the Northwest Territories boardroom)
Monday - 4pm-7pm
Thursday - 4pm-7pm
